<p>It all started at the age of 25. I suffered a lot from panic disorder back then. At first, I had panic attacks once every two or three  months. Then it started getting worse. I just couldn&#8217;t live with these symptons and with the constant fear of having a panic attack. So I decided go to a doctor. Well, actually I had to go to several doctors.</p>

<p>I ended up spending about 370 Dollars which is really nothing compared to what other people that I got to know spent. Taking medication was very hard for me. I always refused to take chemical medication. I grew up in a home where people loved nature and really disliked chemical medication. <p>But it looked like I had no other choice. So I decided to take medication. They did seem to help, but after a few weeks I started having side effects such as gaining weight and having problems to sleep at night.</p>
